Hello, I’m Thepchula Loyjiw, Managing Director of United89. I bring a multidisciplinary background spanning construction, graduated degree of accounting, experiece in 5 stars Hotel hospitality, and real estate, with professional experience working with international real estate agency brands in Thailand. I have hands-on experience as a real estate agent in Koh Samui and over five years in Phuket, along with collaborations with agencies in Hua Hin, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Myanmar. My expertise covers property valuation, financial analysis, and regulatory advisory, supported by a strong local network and global perspective.
Academically, I pursued a degree in Accounting, which has greatly enhanced my abilities in cost estimation, financial management, and understanding of legal and tax-related matters.
Subsequently, I was certificated of Thailand professional qualification real estate agent (TPQI) and gained valuable experience in the real estate sector through roles in Phuket. This experience, combined with my extensive local network, allows me to offer well-informed advice on local regulations, banking, and lifestyle, which is essential for my clients' decision-making processes.
