Hello, I am the Managing Director of United89. Our company was founded based on my extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in the field.

As growing up in a family-run construction business, I gained early exposure to engineering principles, architecture, furniture design, energy supply, and maintenance. This background instilled in me a strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing building strengths and weaknesses, which is critical for accurate property valuation.

Academically, I pursued a degree in Accounting, which has greatly enhanced my abilities in cost estimation, financial management, and understanding of legal and tax-related matters.

Following my graduation, I acquired practical experience working in resorts and hotels in Southern Thailand, where I developed a comprehensive understanding of accommodation services. This experience was instrumental in shaping my property management skills. My travels across Southeast Asia, Europe, and South Africa further broadened my international perspective and cultural understanding, enabling me to cater to diverse client needs effectively.

Subsequently, I gained valuable experience in the real estate sector through roles in Phuket and Koh Samui, where I also earned a professional qualification. This experience, combined with my extensive local network, allows me to offer well-informed advice on local regulations, banking, and lifestyle, which is essential for my clients' decision-making processes.
